No Return or Exchange Policy
H.S does not offer any returns or exchanges on any of its products under normal circumstances.Exchange Eligibility
Products purchased from our website are only eligible for exchange within 7 days of receiving the order under the following conditions:
The exchange request is submitted within the 7-day timeframe.
The product received is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
The item delivered is different from the original order.
The package is missing components, such as price tags, labels, or original packaging.
To initiate an exchange, customers must email clear pictures of the defective item to handsstore.pk@gmail.com or call us at +92 (336) 755 5547 within 7 days of receiving the order.
H.S. Designs Limited will review each case individually and strive to resolve disputes fairly. If the claim is valid, we will offer a replacement of equal value, as stated on the invoice, and ship it to the customer’s provided address.
Shipping Charges for Exchanges
In case of a valid exchange, the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs.Non-Exchangeable Items
Discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Unstitched articles that have been stitched will not be accepted for exchange.
HS Brides dresses are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under all circumstances.
M. Luxe Fabrics are not eligible for return or exchange once purchased.
