Any dispute or claim arising out of or related to this website shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws.
2. Product Exchange & Dispute Policy
Products purchased from our website may only be eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
The exchange request is submitted within the stated timeframe.
The item(s) received are faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
The product(s) delivered differ from the original order.
There are missing components from the package, such as price tags, labels, or original packing.
Note: If a product is received in damaged condition or with missing items, photos of the outer packaging must be emailed to handsstore.pk@gmail.com as evidence before discarding the packaging.
To raise a dispute, please email pictures of the defective item to handsstore.pk@gmail.com or contact us at +92 (336) 755 5547 within 7 days of order delivery.
Each case will be reviewed individually, and H.S will make every effort to ensure a fair resolution. If the dispute is found valid:
A replacement product will be issued for the item mentioned in the invoice.
Alternatively, a store credit coupon of equal value will be provided, redeemable within 60 days of issuance.
Important: Disputes raised after 7 days of order delivery will not be entertained.
3. Customer Responsibility
The buyer is solely responsible for all purchases made in good faith. H.S assumes that:
The buyer has carefully selected the product(s).
The buyer has no intent to misuse or falsely claim issues.
The selections (designs, colors, sizes) are final and chosen by the customer.
4. Communication and Marketing
By shopping with H.S, you authorize us to:
Send you marketing offers, newsletters, and catalogues.
Use the contact information provided (e.g., email, phone number, address) for order and delivery-related communication.
Create a personal account using your provided information (e.g., name, email, phone number).
Please note: In cases of suspected fraud, H.S reserves the right to disclose relevant data to fraud prevention agencies.
5. Age Verification
We may validate your age to ensure you are legally eligible to make online purchases.
6. Payments
We accept online payments through Visa and MasterCard debit/credit cards in PKR or any other agreed-upon currency.
All payment details you provide are transmitted securely and directly to our payment service provider through an encrypted connection. H.S does not store or access your card details.
