We provide shipping all over Pakistan through TCS, Leopard, M&P, Postex, Daewoo Fastex. Deliveries can take 3-5 business days.

H.S. ensures that the product descriptions and photographs provided on this web site are accurate and life-like. Whilst the reproduction of colors and styles contained on the photographs shown on this web site are as accurate as image and photographic processing will allow, H.S. do not accept responsibility for slight variances in color or style.

You can cancel your order before the item is shipped.

We do not accept returns for online orders.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it with another product. You must parcel send back to us and We’ll send to u exchanged article within 7 days of purchase along with the original receipt after informing and approval at handsstore.pk@gmail.com and 03075487676

On dispatch, you will be provided a Tracking ID for your order through email and SMS. 

You can perform a speed exchange by contacting with team. Please remember to bring the invoice along with you. The exchange should be made in within 7 days of order delivery.

We do a detailed check of all our products before packaging it. However, if your purchased item is damaged we will verify it and arrange exchange within 7 days of purchase.

After you’ve placed an order of your desired product, a call will be received to the mobile number you provided previously. After  confirming order, your order will have been confirmed. This process only helps us to improve our delivery system.
